Nature's Sunshine 5-HTP (5-hydroxy-tryptophan) is from a natural extract obtained from the seeds of the Griffonia plant. It supports the healthy production of serotonin, an important neurotransmitter that helps support healthy appetite, mood and sleep.

5-HTP Power provides a blend of three adaptogenic herbs - eleuthero, ashwaganda and suma - along with 5-HTP to help adjust to changes.

5-HTP Power also contains vitamin B6 and zinc, which support the action of 5-HTP. Vitamin B6 is essential for the biosynthesis of serotonin and other neurotransmitters, as well as the overall health of the nervous system.
