Take contents of 1 cleansing drink packet 15 - 30 minutes before breakfast and before dinner. Mix into 250ml water or juice, stir vigorously, drink immediately
It is recommended that an additional glass of water be consumed immediately after the drink

Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain, as cascara sagrada, buckthorn, and turkey root may worsen these conditions.
Consult your healthcare provider if you have frequent diarrhea, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Take at least 250ml of liquid. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. May cause allergic reaction in persons sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
