Protein Collagen Pancakes

There's nothing better than starting the day with a hearty breakfast power packed with protein. Keep those muscles happy, feel fuller for longer and perform at your very best!
Ingredients
1 scoop Nature's Sunshine Premium Collagen
1 scoop (approx 30g) vanilla protein powder of choice
1 egg
190g greek yoghurt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tablespoons flour
Instructions
- In a mixed bowl combine yoghurt and egg
- Stir in the collagen, protein, flour and baking powder
- Spray a frying pan with oil or melt coconut oil or butter
- Add batter to the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake
- Flip your pancake and cook until done
- Serve your pancakes with toppings of choice, like seasonal berries, banana or maple syrup
