Capsicum has long been used to support circulation and cardiovascular activity, while at the same time supporting blood pressure already within normal range. Capsaicin, a bitter alkaloid, is the active constituent responsible for capsicums ability to support  the body's regulation of temperature. Capsicums warming, circulatory properties may be useful to support cold hands and feet.

“Cold Hands Use Capsicum”

I read cold hands and feet are a circulation issue and capsicum corrects it. I have had cold hands over 35 years and just wore sweatshirts even in the summer. I read about capsicum and decided to try it. I did as the bottle said - 1 capsule 4 X a day. On the first day I noticed my hands were not cold after the 3rd one I took the 1st day. I still take, 4/day. I don't know how long it will take my body to correct its self as I'm in my 40s and don't remember a day in all my years that I didn't have it. All I know is that I have been on it less than 2 weeks and as I continue to use it my hands are not cold. The human body does correct its self so with time I shouldn't need it anymore, but since I have had this nearly 40 years that I'm aware of it will take my body weeks/months to correct the circulation issue that I didn't even know I had. In the meantime I'll continue to use capsicum. Do you have cold hands or feet? Get this.
