Collagen Bliss Balls

Here's is great way to get your daily dose of Nature's Sunshine Collagen in a delicious, filling snack

 Ingredients

2 tablespoons Nature’s Sunshine Premium Collagen
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
¼ cup desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons chia seeds
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup almond meal
¼ cup goji or cranberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional sweetener)

Method

Blend together the folllowing ingredients. If too dry add a little water to bind
Once thoroughly mixed, hand roll into balls (size of choice) 
Pop them into the freezer to set
For added deliciousness, once set, dip half the ball into melted dark chocolate then refreeze 
Store in the fridge or freezer

Note

Any ingredients can be substituted for your favourites - use apricots instead of gojis, dates instead of maple syrup. You can also roll your balls in coconut, crushed nuts or freeze dried berries
